Each piece has a story to convey to women. Each piece is named after an aspiring goddess or warrior whose qualities & characters should be a reminder of who we ought to be. It's about elegant, illuminating hairstyles within seconds & it's about women being brave, bold & beautiful, & igniting embers of their inner fire. MEET DEMI
Arc & Ember was founded by Demi, an Chemical Engineer by day & passionate Creative & Artist by night.
Working in a fast-paced male dominated industry leads to many challenges, including limited time to style hair and embrace beauty.
I decided to solve this problem - firstly, by creating a brand that speaks to empowering women to embrace their natural radiance & beauty, & by creating a collection of everlasting, alloy hair jewellery, hair accessories & hairpins that creates elegant, illuminating hairstyles within seconds.
I wanted to create a space to encourage women to Arc their light & ignite the embers of their inner fire, passion & intuition. We are allowed to be both fierce & feminine; intuitive & brave; & kind & courageous. We are both a warrior & a goddess - we should be authentic to ourselves & step into our light out of the shadows.
Each & every women has an inner goddess & warrior that should illuminate their path forward. We need to own our femininity, be authentic, bold, brave & naturally beautiful in our actions & endeavours.
